• Understand the customer challenges and advise them on the best solution to address it - Provide technical customer support
• Validate that the solution is addressing the customer requirements and will be correclty integrated in their environment
• Size the solution for the requirements
• Provide an architecture deployment of our solutions
• Gives demo of our solutions and answers customer questions
• Give learning class sessions
